If the city maintains that section of grass, tell him to talk to the city.

I own a couple rentals in Oklahoma City, currently have four leases, and I’m already wanting to throw my small 3 foot high filing cabinet I bought at Walmart in a burning garbage can...including all contents.

However over the last year of being a flipper and rehabber in Salt Lake City, UT I've seen individiuals wholesaling deals off the MLS.
