Do Realtors care about wholesalers
I have often told people who are looking to wholesale that they should look off the MLS because alot of agents don't prefer to work with wholesalers. However over the last year of being a flipper and rehabber in Salt Lake City, UT I've seen individiuals wholesaling deals off the MLS. I don't know if they are assigning the contract or double closing but wanted to get it from the horses mouth rather than make assumptions.
Do real estate agents like to work with wholesalers?
If not what do you do if you suspect your client is looking to simultaniously/double close on the property?

I think its up to the realtor.. but generally speaking.. if a wholesaler gets a listing and double closes it or assigns it listing broker was probably asleep at the switch.. OR seller just wanted to unload and told the broker to list it low and they did not care what happens...
I know in our area here.. most realtors simply are not going to work with contracts that don't have POF's they have trained their sellers that its a waste of time to work with any contract that does not have POF>
and not just mail order internet POFs must be from local reputable lender that they can verify.. My wife always calls the lender before she advises her client to accept an offer.. now to be fair I am the client most of the time.. :)
but you know what I mean.. there are a few brokerages out there that specialize in just tying everything under the sun up and then trying to flip them they are quite active in Texas and other markets.. I see those names I wont even entertain lending on the property much less buying it.
