I'm in a somewhat unique position.

What would be so unique in a RE brokerage that would make people overwhelming turn away from the old model to the new model in the same way as Uber, ABB, Turo? 

That said, I DID rent out to tenants before I owned, but it was a unique situation. 

Our specialty has been creative deal making, and every one has been unique. 

If you don't show them that you are unique, they will just see any house with any agent.

Even the same operator will tend to structure every deal depending on its own unique characteristics.

Purchase price: $100,000 This is a unique property that I purchased at a foreclosure auction with 105 acres and an old farmhouse.

Investment property financing is somewhat of a unique niche.

The duplexes, triplexes and so on tend to be really unique here and numbers are not always so clear cut.
