I suppose the over time discussion comes down to whether you look at it as a single decision point that happens at the beginning of the investment or a daily opportunity to make a different decision at any given time. 

Also, so is regular or daily updating and offering a rate that is not expensive pending your results or how productive it is. 

They could be accruing daily, weekly, or monthly fine/fees from the city until they are not complete.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

After that, I plan on purchasing rental properties in my area each year in order to supplement my daily work income.
