Hello and happy New Years my name is Paul.

I am married 2 kids and a full time barber/owner in NYC . I currently rent a. 2 bedroom Aparment for 1000 a month flat ...not bad.

I recently developed a interest for real estate and all the benefits it could have like financial freedom, and wealth building ,tax benefits.

I’m looking to do my first deal on a rental property I have the credit and a ok individual 70k 1040 income ,I have good credit and 50k cash and still saving to buy or leverage my first cash flowing rental property

My goal is to make 5k a month net from cash flow rentals or commercial any suggestion on what market to look for to start my journey?
