Advice for managing "fear"

Just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad, and started reading the Biggerpockets UBG. Kiyosaki talked about fear of losing, and the UBG is already talking about fear.

Personally,  I would say yes I have a fear of losing.  But what i am wanting to ask everyone is, how did you overcome your fear? What did you do?

Yes it's the way that worked for you,  but I would like to hear your stories and hopefully emulate if it seems like something that would work for me too.

@Lyman DeAnn-Gaines II the easy solution is just doing without hesitation. Fear magnifies in perplexing over outcomes that could happen but most likely never do. Want to do lead generation - pick up the phone and start dialing. Want to build your brand- take your phone and shoot a video of yourself talking real estate and post to YouTube. Want to raise money- tell

Everyone what you do, why you do it why you love doing it. The act of doing will quickly surpass the feeling of fear.
