.* Currently in the middle of selling a SFH using a 1031 Exchange into a 4 unit property I am also taking a college classes for a business degree.I find that a "Business" Degree isn't doing it for me and feel that I should focus my attention on internet marketing, and marketing in general.I feel that marketing can go hand in hand with my current business and my Real Estate business or if I decide to start any new streams of income to provide passive income I can do that too, or freelance as a business, or work for a company.
