I want to be Set for Life

I have bought pretty much every book that Bigger Pockets has put out and want to say they are some of the best reads. The latest, "Set for Life" by @scotttrench....... amazing.

Anyways.. It mentions about scaleable income by performance  driven business pay structure. I currently run a successful training business, I own several units of real estate for my retirement plan.

* Currently in the middle of selling a SFH using a 1031 Exchange into a 4 unit property

I am also taking a  college classes for a business degree.

I find that a "Business" Degree isn't doing it for me and feel that I should focus my attention on internet marketing, and marketing in general.

I feel that marketing can go hand in hand with my current business and my Real Estate business or if I decide to start any new streams of income to provide passive income I can do that too, or freelance  as a business, or work for a company. A Business degree wouldn't provide that much return.

Is there podcasts, current audiobooks, certification programs, udemy, XEdu, that any of you suggest? Maybe a site like bigger pockets for marketing?

Do you think it would be more useful to know Front End/Back End Website Design with Marketing?

Brandyn, I missed your mention above. Thank you so much for the kind words. If you are interested in a crash course on internet marketing (much like I went through when I first joined BP) I have to recommend Growthhackers.com and Conversion XL's blog. There are many more excellent sites on this topic, but that should get you started and down the rabbit hole that is internet/email/content marketing.
