It's a cost of doing business.Now, the best use of funds is another question, I'd bet that the average flipper makes more than the interest earned on either of those accounts under management, so let your tax advisor guide you as to the use of funds, not the guy holding your money. :)

If the property was not sold "AS IS" then you can bet that the property was move in ready at the sold price.
