Hi guys!  Let me outstretch my virtual hand and introduce myself: My name is Josh and I'm a big fan of the Podcast.  New member here, eager to learn all there is to know.

I own one sweet little rental property in San Diego and I'm trying to pull equity from that one to dip my hand into cookie jar number two - either a single family or multifamily.
