@Luis Hinestrosa- thanks ....contact your colleagues / friends for lender referals and then contact them with your scenario and questions and then make a decsion ....if a lender knows they have been referred - there is a tendency for them to provide above average  pricing and service

Another thought/ long term plan I had was to make it a mini unique airbnb multifamily as in, have a silo home, then maybe put an airstream on it and lastly maybe an A-frame cabin.

I do not need a big pitch deck put together - if I need more info I will ask for it but typically first thing I ask for is the proforma - what are the assumptions and review them to make sure they are realistic.Saw a deal about six months where the rents were $600 and they were forecasting $750.
