Replied

Brokers are also more motivated to get your deal closed than a retail lender. They will tell you from the beginning if a deal can be financed or not. Most brokers will not waste their time going through the whole process only for a loan denial. They are paid per closing, whereas a retail loan officer IS A 9-5 employee most of the time.
