I feel in easy about filling out their W-9 and giving my social security number.

I would call adult protection / social services and say your concerned about the persons well being and the inability of him to care for himself and a animal.. you feel an assessment needs to be made on behalf of the person.  

It would be nothing especially without the social media we have to our advantage.

I think my company's employer identification number (EIN) will work just as my social security number in regards to credit history and credit score.

This means that lots of properties are either of the old era, quarters for a different social economic class of people and lots of properties have been redone for the new era, representing a new class of people.
