It seems tough right now, with the ridiculous prices houses are fetching right now.I have an uncle who builds homes out here, and recommeded staying OUT of housing because of the prices, he says: try to find a plot to build a triplext etc on, however, I don't even know how to find good housing deals, let alone land deals.Any reply would be greatly appreciatedSean
