The commission can vary for any number of reasons, but a typical one is the commission is lower if the buyer has no agent.

Hey everyone, we have under 10 rentals and just watched Cameron Dunlap’s one day up video off of Facebook.

Accordingly, the end buyer should have no problem obtaining financing strictly due to the solar issue... heck they may even want to work with Solar Mosaic.Last time this came up the consensus was removal/repair is the worst direction to go.

Same thing in the first buidling but we took it up a notch with this one.
