Cameron Dunlap One Day Flip—is it legit?

Patrice Caputo
Posted

Hey everyone, we have under 10 rentals and just watched Cameron Dunlap’s one day up video off of Facebook. I am interested in moving forward with it for $97. Curious if anyone is doing this, has done or can point us in the right direction on this. Thank you so much for your shared experiences!

Are you saying a flip in 1 day?  I've seen new houses built in 7 days from the day the foundation was cured but there was tons of planning which isn't counted.  Flips can be done pretty easily in 7 days if they are simple and as mentioned with planning or a templated plan 7 days is totally doable even for one that needs a ton of work.

That being said 1 day seems unrealistic unless they exclude a massive amount of planning before the project which maybe they are.
