Never buy a property in Gatlinburg Falls Resort

We manage a property in Gatlinburg Falls, and the internet has been down for over a week now.  I've logged over 30 hours of phone time with their "management" trying to resolve the issue.  These people are the lowest of low.  They'll lie to you, avoid you, dodge your phone calls, whatever it takes.  Because of the money involved with lost rents, we are now contemplating legal action along with our homeowner client.  It came as no surprise when I looked Gatlinburg Falls up on the Better Business Bureau site and found this.  109 complaints posted in the last 36 months!
