It usually gets picked up by public transport commuters on the way to work, they read it, then leave it in the break room, where it gets read by people with cars :)Ads in it are pretty cheap - at least if you'll accept a short classified hidden away in the ads section, but the ads do generate a decent response.

There should be public information officers at large banks, Fannie Mae and Freddie, HUD, ALTA and even the FBI (for scams) and the IRS that could provide information directly to this community.
