About time Cook County came up with a law that makes total sense. Not for public development or to de-escalate gange violence, but to help these kids realize what idiots they look like. Every time I see one of these kids I want to tell them, "You know the old guys that keep their belt line just below their nipples? You do look that stupid. It's just the other way."
