I have seen the power of RE investing.

Bedrooms are less important as fewer power-hungry items are used.

The place we rented on Lake Alice had 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and a Jon boat included in the rental and we chose this place for that reason.

It uses AA batteries and I get about a year out of them give or take.ZWAVE radios take much less energy than WiFi and that is especially important with battery powered devices.

Its economic performance has resulted in a middle class with an increasing purchasing power and growing consumption.The GDP growth in Colombia has maintained an average of 4.25% above the Latin American average with the most skilled workers per capita in the entire South American region, surpassing Brazil, Chile and Argentina.

jsut check zoning on STR .. in many of these resort towns there are pretty strict rules.My grandfather took me to the Dells in 1965 I still remember it fondly.. very cool we rode those duck boats LOL  and watched the German shepard jump across a chasm. 

🏠 Sharing some lessons I have learned from owning & managing a portfolio of single family properties over the last 5 years in the Omaha, Nebraska market:If just starting out don’t undervalue the power of locking in historic interest rates for 30 years on conventional loans.

I wish this wasn't true, but for the insurance companies you are still too small to command that kind of buying power. 

I personally read my goals every morning like you do, along with reading/asking myself my morning power questions.

Asuming I tenant am paying the water and power bills.
