What keeps you motivated?

I thought it would be cool to see what tactics people use to stay motivated and engaged in real estate.

I like to write my goals (short, long, middle-long term) in a journal at night before bed, than I wake up and read them. It was a routine my former business mentor suggested I do, and I've been doing it for awhile now. It helps me from getting too "distracted".

What about you guys?

Replied

My mom has been working for 36 years and she is ready to retire.........but shes doesnt qualify for the full retirement because she isnt old enough (she has the years of service but not age for the combo to retire with full retirement benefits).......i want to retire her! And, what i mean by retire, i dont mean fully fund her lifestyle as she will have money coming in but i want to be able to give her an additional 1 to 2k per month to supplement her lifestyle. She has made a lot of huge sacrifices for me growing up so i want to be able to repay her for all shes done. Shes also been my number 1 cheerleader in my new wholesale journey.
