Little did I know the people I thought were looking out for my best interest, would be the ones to paint me a beautiful picture of the perfect paradise, only to later find out they would be sending me right into the eye of the storm.

IMO:The housing boom/bust and related financial crisis resulted from a "Perfect Storm" of numerous dynamics.

There are pockets of less desirable areas, and the next block is perfectly nice and the homes are in good repair.

Both are about a mile from base and are highly sought after by military personnel because they rent for amounts perfectly within their BAH (basic allowance for housing).

Are we perfect, no, but we sure do our best to provide the most accurate information possible.

You know, I work with a lot of land developers and i have often thought that a civil engineer would make the perfect developer. 

What happens if you find the perfect deal you just can't pass on.Every project I start I have multiple exit points, just a idea that will help you sleep at night or possable make you big money when the next deal drops in your lap.Jim
