I was invited by a guy who goes to such auctions and around the Oahu, Hawaii area these are done near the courthouse downtown.

It takes hours just to do the basic vetting of a single investment, so it would save incredible amounts of time to have all of that done in advance, and an accurate rating of the risk placed on the investment (A, B, C, D).On the other side of the coin: numerous platforms claim they are simply awesome at doing pre-vetting, but in my opinion, what I see in practice doesn't match up to the words.
