Hello, I'm Jacob and new to BP. I have currently invested in real estate pre 2008. The market has changed. More importantly I freely say that I am a newbee. I have done a investor/ mentor ship (Carlton Sheets). It helped me a lot to think outside the box. Though I must say, I received the loans for the houses because mortgage lenders back then we're begging people to take their money. So I know now that I didn't get the money through any savvy from the course or myself.

In the short days that I have found out about BP I have learned a lot just from browsing, so I officially said to myself, "this is worth the time". So here I am introducing myself.
