Good Afternoon, my name is Andy Bocharski and I am new real estate investor. I am looking to start out wholesaling to gain experience and then move into buying and flipping. After joining my local REI, Hobby Millionaire, they shared that Bigger Pockets was a great resource. They have been a wonderful group and make new members feel welcome. I have no prior experience in real estate but look forward to learning and can't wait to get started.
