Hello Everyone.  I have been a member here for several years but do not post a lot.  That is about to change.  I am 38 and own a company named Galveston Co. Rentals.  I own 20 rental homes.  I have started moving homes into the Sec. 8 system and love it.  I am looking to transition away from housing and into office space or strip centers.  I am not super knowledgeable because this is not a full time job for me.  I am a chemical plant inspection and play with real-estate on the side.  I will share information for a cup of coffee, hopefully save others money that i lost learning.  Thanks for letting me be a part of your community.
