I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to all this.

I just wanted to introduce myself quickly as I've been learning a lot from all the posts on this site and wish to improve my involvement in the wealth of information everyone has to offer here.

What I would do, is right after the closing go introduce yourself to all the tenants. 

I'm currently looking for Buy and Hold properties the Austin, Cedar Park and Round Rock areas.I found the forums a while back but am just getting around to introducing myself.
