New Real Estate Professional from St. Louis, Missouri

Greetings, BP community! My name is Jordan Presberry, or simply JP is what my friends call me. I have just completed my first full year in Corporate America, and like many of us on here, it just is not for me. Learning what I do not want to do, has allowed me to understand what I do want to do, and Real Estate is very much a part of it.

With that being said, I have just finished all of my classes/test to get my salesperson's license here in Missouri. Not sure if I will actually get my license, but definitely learned a lot from the courses taken. I am here on BiggerPockets to learn & connect with investors that I can first off be a benefit to, and also learn from. 

I am looking to start off in Missouri (south city, Florissant, Downtown area), and grow from there. I was born in raised here in Missouri, so I am very knowledgeable about the areas. Multi-family housing seems ideal, as I am looking to build a portfolio to cash flow for years to come. I can talk all day, but that is a brief overview of what brings me to the site. I am open to just soak in as much information as one could offer!
