I worked for a smaller brokerage initially but moved to Keller when I wanted to go full time.

It's important to talk to your refinance lender prior to the whole process to make sure you are offers and how you take title (in cash or however finance initially) is consistent.   

Wholesaling scares the heck out of me; is that a legal process that a licensed agent can engage in? 

Initial price 360k, i give 144k down.

@Thomas S.Thanks Thomas, I’ll have to run it by an attorney and see if a notice of “non renew” is legal here in NJ.

Will it be grandfathered in as a legal duplex? 

-Legal doc prep costs associated are not going to be drastically different between a small single deal raise and $100m+ fund raise.- Unless we have deals lined up and a highly predictable deal flow we can raise the fund but only do capital calls once deals are under contract.
