Not So New Lurker/Member Introduction But New Flipper/Rehabber

Hey folks!

My name is Michelle Bell. I'm a licensed real estate agent in the Inland Empire region of Southern CA. My primary interest here on BP is that of becoming a flipper/rehabber; I love the idea of taking something less ideal and making it beautiful for a family to live in and make great memories there. I also plan to take on some buy & hold investing as well - down the road, but fixing and flipping is what I want to master first. Wholesaling scares the heck out of me; is that a legal process that a licensed agent can engage in? Maybe the more I learn about it, I won't be such a punk in pursuing it. I listen to the podcasts and have been lurking around BP for a couple of years, but would never take any real deep dives. So now, I'm pushing past my fear of the unknown and putting myself in the mix here to learn and engage with y'all. Thanks for listening (well, reading). LOL!
