Ihe Onwuka  I also have properties owned free and clear.If Necessary I can use credit cards that have 0% interest for 18 to 22 months   Or money I have  on hand to buy or repair properties without having to wait for a loan, sometimes you have to move fast and can't play around.

Refinishing hardwood and tile might be 2-4/sqft labor plus the cost of the tile or the cost of the polyurethane/stain/sandpaper.I usually do flooring myself and go with laminate because it's cheap (.39-.89/sqft), fast and easy to install, looks nice, and is durable.
