If there's equity they will and you'll make some interest, hopefully.

Hey BPJust thought I'd post to see how many private equity / investors are active in Georgia, specifically those interested in high-return corporate housing, hospitality and senior care (skilled care & assisted living).

If your informal sampling comes back positive then I would do the full testing and the house would likely get put on the meth house list.

Thankfully we had enough equity and our house appraised for a bit more than we expected.

I feel that I am not in a position to start investing because my personal finances are a wreck and I need to first learn self control in my finances.

My rental has 25k equity but my personal only 10k.

I am interested in learning about how to invest in buy and hold properties with minimum down payment and the ability to own the properties in 20 - 30 years free and clear by renting out and letting the cash flow fund my equity in the properties.

Their position is that their pool of buyers is small.  

I would advise that you continue to educate yourself on the different avenues of REI and decide which could put you and your wife in the best position based on your goals.
