How to structure this partnership and split profits?

how would you structure this new partnership?

Brrr strategy partnership structure

I am finding and buying the deals with my money. I am fronting the cost of materials and paying for the triads people. I will deal with the sales agents.

My potential partner will bring a huge amount of experience in construction, rehabbing, and the connections to make the rehab work. But he is not bringing any money to the deal (yet)

How would you structure the first few deals? What is a fair way to split the profits (if there are any)

It is pretty much a contractor arrangement currently. But I would hope to build a partnership and eventually have him buy into a equal share position where profits could be split 50/50.

Thoughts anyone???
