I've been researching buy-and-hold real estate recently (since June 2016). Right now I am looking to purchase single family homes under $50,000, fix them up a bit and rent them out. My current goal is 10 properties in the next 5 years. Initially I am in the process to purchase through loans from my local bank. Eventually I plan to pursue financing through private partners.

Welcome to BP! I am new to BP myself and also from Wichita. Always looking to share ideas with local investors and maybe team up on the right projects.

If you are open to having a cup of coffee and chatting a little about possibilities in town let me know.
