BP-ers, We are doing a 7-touch mailing campaign to people in pre-foreclosure. 

I'm starting my yellow leter campaign this weekend as I've already drove some of my target area identifying distressed properties and done my reseach via my local tax appraisers website.

I don't know how or if that will translate to a marketing campaign focused on motivated sellers, but we'll see!!

Remeber that these are direct mail campaigns by design.I bought a house after mailing to someone for 3 years.

ok so im looking to buy my first multifamily rental property in the Worcester area, im organizing my marketing campaign and am just about ready to unleash it..

For the person making 5% on their rental, they may see wholesaling as a very risky proposition where they could burn $2K or more on a marketing campaign only to make just $2K on the contract assignment.   

Maybe a word of mouth campaign might be more beneficial (and might already be if you are saying that 39% of the RSVPs are women).
