Out of  state investing is looking more appealing. 

Not much to update for the interior but the exterior is a complete mess as far as curb appeal goes. 

They'd also have the option of dropping your insurance altogether.Is that likely to happen with a dog that lies around all day? 

We will close on this house in about 2 weeks, and it needs some curb appeal!

It's great that you are able to "retire" but sitting on a couch all day for the next 30+ years doesn't sound too appealing.

This has, in part, made Walla Walla even more appealing. 

The route I chose was newer build properties that would appeal to everyone, especIally working professionals desiring somewhere nicer than any non-student apartments.Seeing consistent rent growth with those in addition to healthy appreciation due to location in the path of growth.
