Just some food for thought for you as you'll undoubtably scan through posts and blogs talking about the 1% rule being a minimum threshold, some markets have 2% properties and meanwhile you're scratching your head over why in many cashes you'll be cash-flow negative on a Bay Area SFR unless you put down more than 20%.
