LEGALIZATION OF ALL DRUGS

So I was reading the NUTS WITH GUNS post and that got me thinking about legalization of all drugs and I'm curious to hear what all our very smart BPer's think about this? It's fun as most people only talk about legalizing marijuana, but I'm talking about ALL drugs.

My position is this:

1. War on drugs is the worst thing possible.
2. Legalization and regulation is second best. Yes, I would take this over the war on drugs.
3. Decriminaliztion and regulation takes the cake for me as best policy for ALL drugs.

I'm real curious, what do you think? I'll explain my position more as I see what others think!

Manuel
