That means that the schoolwork I get, I must take seriously and learn what I came there to learn just based off how much I'm paying to go there.Now, I had to come up with a way to get my foot in the door of real estate, while taking care of school engagements and coming up with a way to pay back my student loans.

We've had it forever and it's a great rate, but balance is high when we fix up a property or pay our kids' tuition with it (rate is as low as student loan I could get), and apparently, that's enough to ding our credit.
