Hello, my name is Jimmy Hamilton, I was born and raised in Lexington. I have been a student of real estate for the past 5 years. I have light experience in the industry, I've flipped a house, purchased a campus rental, and just last October purchased and rennovated a SFR that I currently live in. Currently, my primary interest is in commerical multi family cash flow and value add opportunities, rennovating and rehabbing short sales and foreclosures, and tax liens. I have joined the site to continue to learn and assisst others as well.

I am looking to network with and potentially even partner or work with investors in the Central Kentucky region. I have also had my sights on the Northern Kentucky and greater Cincinnati regions as the area seems to offer impeccable cap rates and interesting speculative plays as many parts of Cincinnati are gentrifying.

I currently work in loan review at a large regional bank and have gained valuable experience from the bank side of the industry. I should note that I am currently looking for a job in the industry. I recently graduated with an MBA and I possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management. I am a quick learner and I finished my undergrad in only 2.5 years. This has left me overqualified, with no job experience in a job market where experience is now even more significant.

I am very passionate about investments and real estate, if I could find a job that I am passionate about I would be an absolute work horse and a great partner/employee. I am willing to relocate, and always willing to learn. PM me if you have a position I may fit into.
