I am an NC native and Charlotte resident interested in cash flowing investments and I would love to help in any way I can. 

We live in the Palm Springs area, love off-roading, camping, basically any kind of adventure, own a carpentry business, and have two dogs.I came across this site as I was looking into real estate and flipping homes.

As of late I have become a bit jaded with the business, specifically dealing with architects and clients, which is a major source of inefficiency. e.g when a simple design decision takes over a week to make it tends to slow things down a bit:) I do love building and it is a satisfying creative outlet for me.

Thanks Scott,  I would love to find hard money at 6%,  if you have any reputable lenders let me know.  

I've felt the market stagnate a little bit, but I think it's the lack of inventory that's causing people to hesitate because they're either not finding what the want or they're paying more for properties they don't necessarily love.

I love Account Closed's suggestions; I think that she is right on about that step by step process.

She quickly found us another home which we fell in love with although it was above our price range.The deal was made and we got into our $150,000 house (plus the VA funding fee) with only $2,500 in closing costs.

I have been in Dallas now for about two years and would love to expand my network as well as continue to work towards expanding my portfolio.
