I'm trying to find agents that work with out-of-state investors.

We do our own direct-to-seller marketing—mostly direct mail.

I'm a local investor and RE Agent in the San Antonio area and I also love to help many of the BP investors, whether they're buying in state or from out of state.

To learn.People in this thread are making a lot of good points about having seen the neighbourhood with your own eyes before making a purchase - something I had always intended to do regardless, especially for my first property.

Each lender has their own specific requirements, however I found that generally most lenders will require the following: 1. a U.S. based LLC2.

@Jordan Mangano I own a RV park for low income tenants - 16 pads.

@Freddy Hernandez, landlords prefer for tenants to pay their own utilities especially those based on usage.

Head's up that they do have a hefty priced offering during the course but so far with my experience, the information I got from the course will give me enough to go out on my own and begin.  

I have not worn or owned a suit in 40 years!

Do you only buy rentals in Philadelphia or would you be interested in purchasing in other states as well?
