I love your story and your scholastic strategy in particular...there was another guy who was on the BP podcast who had a similar strategy near Round Rock, Texas (I think),  I can't recall his name or episode number though it was def in the first 100 or so.Are you doing these single-family rentals in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs?

I started out as an investor before becoming an agent/investor and it helps you become more well rounded and if you like the business/helping people it can organically grow into a lucrative side gig at minimum.

If you're trying find a place to put a round peg, and you keep trying to fit it into a square hole, nomatter how hard you try to force it, or how much you rationalize that it does in fact fit...even though it's hanging out the sides, it ain't gonna fit...unless you adjust the hole, or the peg.You could however, just find a round hole that the peg fits in.
