Legal Multi-Family by CO VS Legal Multi-Family by Permit
I'm looking in Nassau for a legal multi-family property that I can live-in-flip/house hack and then move out of. My issue is that most properties have permits that allow multi-family but only if owner occupied. Does anyone have experience with properties that are CO'd for multi-family and do not require the owner to occupy year round?
