Hello,We have a general question about recording for tax purposes HVAC replacement in a single-family rental property.For the scenario below - is there an option to deduct the expense (fully/partially)?

Also the contractors were all out of work and I think that helped to get everything done in record time.

If it is required in your county get the annual records sent to you as well.
