Does a septic tank affect your wholesale in anyway ?

Wholesaling a property in central Florida with a septic tank , how would that affect my wholesale ?

Also, the property has work that’s not been permitted by the county. Records show 3-1. The property currently has 5-2, would that be a problem ?
