I did not have success trying to contact them directly but got referred (introduced) by a friend of mine who closed on a property with them earlier this year.

Hey just wanted to introduce myself.

I can introduce you to an attorney i work with that sells notes and he is direct to the source.  

I am currently in the field passing out business cards for my company and personally introducing myself to to anybody that deals with properties in Monterey County.

Hello, this is Tim, I am new to real estate and I just wanted to introduce myself to the community.

He said he would run comps in the area as well as introduce me to a good general contractor.  

I was fortunate to get introduced to the podcasts early on which I tribute to some of my prior knowledge and I feel like I have a grasp of what I'd like to do, but all of you seasoned investors I'm sure know exactly what not to do, and what's ok to push the limits with.
