I would consider myself a young professional wanting to test the waters of real estate.  I graduated with a Real Estate degree and now working as a loan officer.  My draw to rentals came from when I worked for Chris Fischels who owned 150+ units within his demographic.  A mission of mine is to dabble in a few areas (rentals, flips, rehabs) and see what I like the most! 

I was fortunate to get introduced to the podcasts early on which I tribute to some of my prior knowledge and I feel like I have a grasp of what I'd like to do, but all of you seasoned investors I'm sure know exactly what not to do, and what's ok to push the limits with. 

I'd welcome anyone just to respond and introduce themselves back or share something you hold true to your success or failures...such as don't let a tenant stay at your house!
