Get paid for the pipeline you aren't going to use anymore

Hello,

My goal is to compensate my partners for an introduction to their pipeline AFTER they have no more use for it. I'm a full time real estate investor and broker that is looking to partner with someone that no longer has a use for their contact of note sellers, but also doesn't want their hard work and effort to go to waste.

For Example:

- You used to be in residential but now focus on commercial and/or multi family.

- You were doing note investing but no longer have an interest in the residential space.

- You have connections with residential asset managers with inventory to sell.

All I am asking for is an introduction. You won't have to do any brokering, analysis, or anything other than have a quick call and conversation with me so we can go over the details. I also have no desire to get into the multifamily or commercial space, so you don't have to worry about competition.

Talk with you soon!

- Greg Saunders

I can introduce you to an attorney i work with that sells notes and he is direct to the source.  Let me know if you would like to have a conference call with him?
