Hi everyone!

I am looking to purchase my first investment property (buy & hold) and am trying to educate myself on the Indianapolis market. What are the best areas/neighborhoods to target that are desireable and attract quality tenants? Any information or insight you can provide to help me learn about the area would be much appreciated!

Target purchase price 80-90k
